Amanda Brinkman is the Chief Brand Officer at Deluxe and the Creator, Producer and Host of their hit Hulu Series “Small Business Revolution.” In the inspirational reality show, about to enter its 5th Season, she works to revitalize entire small towns by providing makeovers to small businesses at the heart of those communities.  She’s a sought-after public speaker, sharing her “Do Well By Doing Good” philosophy on stages around the country - from TED Talks to television appearances. Through that platform, Amanda demonstrates how both companies and individuals can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, while increasing their own success in the process.  Amanda is a nationally-renowned small business expert, appearing as a Forbes contributor, an expert for national news outlets, and a celebrity interviewer. She appeared on CNBC’s Cleveland Hustles, in addition to Hosting the Small Talks docu series featuring successful entrepreneurs across the country.

Joe Nayquonabe, Jr. is an American Indian business professional that has spent his career reimagining and reinventing how American Indian tribal economies grow and prosper. He spent over a decade as a marketing executive growing the Grand Casino brand before ascending to CEO of the Mille Lacs Band’s Corporate Commission where he created several companies including Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, which manages the entire business portfolio of the Mille Lacs Band; 2020 Casino Solutions; Maadaadizi Holdings; and Wewinabi Inc. He has also kept Grand Casino at the forefront as one of the most valuable brands in Indian Gaming.  In addition to his work, Nayquonabe is a member of YPO (formerly Young Presidents' Organization). He also serves on several boards including: the National Diversity Advisory Board for the University of Minnesota, the American Indian Advisory Board for St. Cloud State University, Herberger School of Business Advisory Board for St. Cloud State University, the American Red Cross Minneapolis Region, Friends of Como Zoo, the Initiative Foundation, Visit Saint Paul, Saint Paul Downtown Alliance, Great River Passage Conservancy, Metropolitan State College, the Minnesota Historical Society, Mille Lacs Health System, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis – Advisory Council.

As Vice President of Marketing for Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) & Revo Health, Heather Lang is responsible for leading and overseeing the organizations strategic marketing, development, engagement and culture initiatives through creating awareness and driving advocacy for all brands via all channels. Heather joined TCO in 2011 with a goal to strengthen and differentiate TCO as an innovative healthcare leader and trusted orthopedic provider of choice built on a foundation of exceptional patient experience, quality, collaboration, partnership and community. Heather has led several projects and initiatives through TCO’s growth, expansion and integration efforts, including the development and launch of Revo Health in 2017 and Training HAUS in 2018, the naming rights partnership with the Minnesota Vikings for their team headquarters and practice facility in 2018, as well as the development and launch of Infinite Health Collaborate (i-Health) in 2019.
